The BMW M4 GTP “Bavarian Bruiser”

This is a very special M4. Previously owned by BMW UK and converted to use for Motorsport on the Circuit at Bedford Autodrome for Corporate Days and driving tuition. It is 1 of 8 built in 2017

The car was maintained to the highest standard for the 18 months they were in use at Bedford, before a group of my friends and I purchased all 8 cars. Since the car has been in my ownership it has been serviced regularly with all necessary work being undertaken by BMW trained mechanic.

I have owned the car since March 2019 and have had three trips abroad to Spa, the Nurburgring and Zandvoort, along with many UK track days. However, over the last 14 months I have only used it three times and now think the time is right to let someone else enjoy this fantastic Road/Track car.

The Engine has been left mainly stock, other than removing the terrible plastic boost pipes and changing them for Alloy ones. The stock exhaust has been left on so that the car will get on all Tracks without tripping the noise meters. Bedford, where they were based, is very strict and they are fine there.

Suspension is stock with Eibach Springs. This is great for both road and track.

The brakes are amazing.

AP 6 Pots Front and 4 Pot Rear, they are a proper setup! Brake Pads are Ferodo DS2500 which are great from cold, which helps when being used on the road, but can take some real punishment on track without overheating or wearing quickly. The discs are fully floating so take a lot of punishment. The rear discs are a little noisy due to the movement, but it is possible to get tighter bobbins if this is an issue.

For the Wheels the car is sat on 18” BBS race wheels which are wrapped in 255/35R18 Yokohama Advan on the front with rears being 265/35ZR18 Nankang NS-2R, these are the same tyre choice as used at Bedford Autodrome where they proved very effective. I also have available a full set of R19 BMW M4 Forged Double Spoke M437 Wheels with Michelin Pilot Tyres and a spare set of TPMS Tyre Pressure Sensors which I intended to put in the BBS wheels.

The interior currently has Bucket Seats with drivers being a Corbeau Race Seat and the passenger being Sparco both have TRS 4 point Harnesses. I still have the originally black leather sports seats both front and rear for the M4 which are also available.

The car is fitted a BMW M Performance Steering wheel, which allows timing, gear change info and host of other electronic marvels including sport and race modes.

Most of the carpets have been removed, but I still have them if you want to refit, along with bulk head.

The full Cage has some marks on where the harnesses have hit it, and people getting in and out but is fully functional
