Fresh build at PJ Motorsport capable of 500+bhp

Engine was originally for my own car, spec'd to run 500bhp, however have decided not to go down the big power route, so engine is no longer needed!

Spec:

Long studded 200 Block re bored to +0.5 oversize

Standard/Standard Cosworth Crankshaft

King Racing Mains and Big End Bearings

Mahle Thrust Washers

 Mahle Pistons with Valve Cut outs, machined according to block deck

Forged K1 Carillo Con Rods with ARP 2000 bolts

Genuine Ford Front Crank and Auxiliary Seals

Elring PTFE Rear Crank Seal

New High Pressure Oil Pump

Group A Windage Tray

Cometic Sump Gasket

2wd Sump with dash return fittings

New 4x4 Water Pump

 

Engine will come with 6 brand new long studs/nuts/seals and washers

 

Have a full documented file for this build with receipts, pictures and measurements which will be supplied with the engine
