1961 B Spec SP250

It was raced in US, imported about 10 years by Daimler enthusiast. Only stripped last year with the plan to get it back on track this year. Lost garage space so looking to sell as is. These little pocket rockets are rare and a well sorted road one can fetch £60k these days. There aren't many race Darts out there, I can count 2 in UK. Comes with all import papers, US title, etc so it can be road registered with the DVLA.

2.5l v8 engine, matching numbers, currently in bits, getting machining done at Chesman Motorsport in Coventry. New pistons, valves, crank damper.

Gearbox rebuilt by Hardy Engineering, with reinforced Triumph gears.

Rear axle Salisbury 7HA with all hubs for Minilites.

New wiring loom.

New race Aluminium 80l bespoke tank.

95% complete in original parts and panels, dash, gauges, hood frame and a hardtop.

Front suspension just blasted, powdercoated and fitted with polybushes.

It's worth more in parts, but I'd prefer not to brake it. Grab a bargain! I am not skint and not looking for a quick sale, just too many projects, so no silly offers, no px.
