This Mazda MX5 MK4 (ND) 2.0 Race Car was built by Roddisons Motorsport. It has a history of being one of the strongest and lightest on the grid. I bought it from Roddisons in Dec 2019 after a full refresh but life events changed in 2020 (not just COVID) and although I completed my first 2 races I cannot justify racing this season for personal reasons. 

The car is in excellent condition and only completed 2 races, 2 evening track days and 2 test days since purchase. 

The car is built to regs for the MAX5/Mazda Motorsport Club UK but could be easily be used in other championships. Featuring AP Brakes, Meister R, Tillet Race seat, custom exhaust, map to regs, lightweight battery, lightweight doors, fully plumbed extinguisher, in date harnesses etc. Given the very limited use since purchase the car will absolutely be ready to go with nothing to do other than service the extinguisher. The car has also just been professionally detailed and looks superb. 

A fitted and working MyLaps transponder with subs will also be included as well as a hard wired AIM lap timer which was recently serviced with a new battery. 

I also have a set of part worn (expensive) Dunlop racing wets which could be ioncluded with the sale.

Nearly new Brian James A4 car transporter with fuel box could also be included by separate arrangement. Car is currently dry stored on the trailer so could be towed away if you do not already have a suitable trailer. 

There are now racing opportunities in 2021 so why not grab the opportunity to race one of the newest MX5 race cars around! Alternatively, it would make a storming but cheap to run and maintain track day car whilst you decide if you want to take the plunge into racing.
