SOLD 6 speed dog box that i believe was originally developed for the Cosworth rs500.

Ratios are 2.93 - 1st, 2.09 - 2nd,1.63 -3rd, 1.36 -4th, 1.14 - 5th, 1 to 1 direct top, this box has been used behind a duratec for a few sprints, hill climbs and rallies then a na cosworth yb for a few rallies then i fitted it into a bmw e30. It has had the gearstick angled towards the rear which is a common upgrade when fitted into the bmw (can easily be put straight again if needed) i made a bellhousing using a bmw auto bellhousing but plenty are available to mate this gearbox to many engines. This was bought new and when fitted behind a duratec in a mk 2 escort in a sprint it got the up to 2500cc record beating big power escorts with sequential gearboxes. no need to use the clutch when going up the gears. it is strong and brutal. designed as a replacement for the ford type 9 but can fit into plenty of cars. This has had little use and only selling as i have bought a quaife sequential gearbox (considerably more expensive) can be seen in use and when fitting to the bmw on my youtube channel jerseytim100 currently in jersey but can be delivered to the uk no problem. any questions email alderson_tim@hotmail.com
