The top of the range 5800 Motorsport Trailer is 4 years old and has been the best companion for racing. It comes complete with a fully equipped living area with LPG cooker and heating system, LED lighting, 12v and 240v electrical system with external plug in points, fridge, separate shower/ cassette toilet, as well as sleeping space for you and your family, friends or team mates. The transported has been used for Caterham racing the past 2 years and has been well looked after, giving you everything you need to live well in the paddock with cooking, showering and sleeping facilities all onboard- as well as a garage area for your car, tools and spare wheels.

The 5800 series of car transporter trailer is suitable across the wide range of motorsports, not just Caterhams and the chassis is rated to 3.5t with a tri-axle design to provide stability. It has been developed with the sandwich design of panels to provide strength, durability and insulation and the GRP finish is a perfect platform for team graphics and colours. The trailer does have a few age related marks, but it has been well looked after, maintained and serviced each year.

I bought this trailer to help save my hard earned cash on hotels motor tax, insurance and depreciation v's a motor-home or second converted vehicle. And as it’s a trailer you can simply hook off and nip away from the track if you’ve forgotten something (or want to head to the pub with your mates), or the weather improves to pick up supplies for the featured gas powered external BBQ.
