Chassis

• Stepframe I beam construction 
• Twin-Axle tandem wheel with drum braking.
• Adjustable ride height air suspension.
• 19.5 wheels.
• EBS electric braking system.
• Rear crash and under run bar.
• Anti-ground skid plate with increased ground clearance at rear to rally spec.  
• Box Construction
• Monocoque 50 x 50 box steel frame skeleton fabricated onto chassis member.
• 40 x 40 vertical steel posts for car deck mounting giving approximately 1500mm height to bottom and top deck.
• Insulated one piece roof section.
• Solid composite side and bulkhead panels press bonded onto steel frame with no visible fixings.
• Window aperture into front office
• One piece GRP nose cone section with full size alloy door openings with vented air conditioning openings.
• One piece full length radius rave and cant rail cappings.
• Alloy shaped frontage to locker doors and wheel covers.
• Shaped front swan neck covers and flat opening generator door.
• Alloy box constructed locker system.
• Radius side cheek panels cover lift platform when folded.
• Radius roof capping over lift with rubber deals.

Tail-Lift

• 2500kg  Dhollandiar lift.
• Full size steel and alloy platform.
• 2 x pull out ramps.
• Plug in wander lead and platform operation.
• 24 volt independent battery system.
• Fully finished structure giving smooth lines and one piece rear panel with recessed road lighting.
• Full tilt function.

Rear Deck

• Double tier car deck running approximately 10m nearside and offside.
• Ceiling to car deck suitable to Touring, Rallycross and rally cars ETC
• Surface and recessed unwin track as required.
• Alloy capped over rubber dot matting.
• All structures and steelwork capped.
• LED shaped lighting boxes in ceiling to panel joints.
• Alloy entrance door with internal steps to bottom race deck.
• Under deck paneled in with LED lighting and electric sockets.
• Alloy kicker place alloy bottom deck in panel joint..
• Alloy built in drawers and cabinets
• Complete area spray painted in high gloss white.

Office

• Front bulkhead wall, with large TV connected to table
• Side access staircase (stainless and alloy).
• Window aperture to nearside and offside with tinted black glass windows.
• Area lined and insulated to conceal wiring and cable runs.

• Ceiling with LED lighting.
• Décor Dark Grey leather sofa, Gloss white tables, Gloss black cabinets on bulkheard and over tables
