My amazing multiple championship winning race car "Herbie" is for sale.

Original built by Rob Boston, this car won both the Lotus Cup UK championship and Elise Trophy with Rob in 2012, then won the Elise Trophy in 2013 with Adam Gore, then Lotus Cup UK and Elise Trophy championships with Adam again in 2014, and then I won the Elise Trophy championship in 2019.

The car is exactly as it crossed the finish line after winning both races at the final round of the Elise Trophy at Donington Park. It has been bolt-checked, and is ready to win more races. The car won 10 of the 12 races this year and came 2nd in the other two.

Whilst the car has been raced almost constantly for many years now, it's still straight, and comes with a clean v5.

The car is in full Elise Trophy specification, but could also be raced in other series such as 750's roadsports, club enduro or CSCC's new milennium amongst others. The engine is right on the power limit, it had a brand new extinguisher this year, has had the shocks rebuilt this year, and has all the trinkets you'd expect a race wining car to have. She has some battle scars, but nothing that prevents the car looking great in photos or going fast around race tracks.

The car comes with a small selection of spares, a choice of seat (Carbon faced Tillett or Carbon V6 Cup R), and can also include a Vbox Lite timing and video system.

Whilst I don't want to sell the car, it's unlikely I will be racing next year it makes little sense to keep it.
