Well Known HSCC Midget. Very successful over the years and set to continue to be so.last owner Dave Karaskas. I brought this car for the HSCC 70's road Sports Championship. However a major change in plan means I now have to sell it . A shame but I can't afford to run two cars. The car has a good strong bodyshell with full cage and removable steering wheel.Major refurb one race ago consisting of a C&MES high spec full race 1330 cc engine with all the right bits. Good power and torque!Respray by Tiger Sport. Peter May Uprated and strengthened gearbox,new front kingpins, new negative camber top trunnions,new uprated shock absorbers, new disc's and pads and the dual circuit braking system has been overhauled. New high Torque starter motor. Ignition system renewed and rewired with a  electronic ignition system and so starts instantly. New Aluminium radiator and fuel tank fitted. Seat belts and fire extinguisher in date for two years. All these parts are of course legal to HSCC rules. In its last 30 minute  race the car maintained 70psi oil pressure and 75 degrees water temperature throughout which was nice. Also eligible to run with the CSCC swinging sixties and MG Car CLub Sprite and Midget Challenge in Class C.An ideal way in to Historic racing for the novice campaigner or indeed an experienced driver such as myself.A fine neutral handling car that goes exactly where you point it.
