Aquila CR1 P65
The car has been extensively rebuild with improvements and upgrades since. Description and specifications:
The Aquila CR1 racecar measures 1025mm from the tarmac to the top of the roof, has a low mass of 1100kg, extremely low centre of gravity and low frontal area. It can accommodate up to two 6’ 8” (207cm) tall persons simultaneously in the car. Brake discs, Top hats, Calipers, Pads and Uprights are identical front and rear, as are Hubs, Wheel bearings and Hub carriers. Also all suspension members are genuinely non-handed, i.e. the same part is used left and right and delivered complete with pressed-in spherical bearings so that no adjustment is required when one is replaced. This is resulting in very modest number of spare parts needed to bring to the track for (for exampel endurance) racing.
