Build Spec:
- 2.8 VR6 BDE 24 valve Engine with Shrick Camshafts giving 224BHP at the flywheel measured on Shark Motorsport rolling road.
- 5 speed 02A Gearbox with brand new unused gripper plate diff and original close ratio Gemini gearset. Rebuilt gearbox just fitted including new VW release bearing. Zero miles after fitting into car.
- Larger than standard drive flanges which have thicker and stronger 8mm bolts fitted. These do not come loose like the thinner standard ones.
- Brand new Helix Clutch and Pressure plate fitted with zero miles. Stronger 8mm bolts. Solid lightweight flywheel.
- Quickshift gear lever.
- KMS ECU with mini dash. Programmed by Storm Developments.
- KW Coilover rose jointed race suspension with adjustable ride height, Bump and Rebound adjustments. These were serviced over winter break by KW and all 4 units had new piston rods fitted.
- AP CP3580 4 pot front calipers fitted with new front and new rear pads in Mar 2017.
- 8 x 17 inch wheels:
- 4 fitted with Dunlop Direzza DZ03 225x17” tyres fitted April 2017 and have been used for 4 races.
- 4 fitted with used Clio Cup Dunlop wets.
- New VW clutch slave cylinder fitted Sept 2016.
- FEV 3.5L electrically operated fire extinguisher serviced Mar 2016.
- Recently re-sprayed shell (white).
- Front wishbones rose jointed.
- Rear axle with proflex poly bushes and rear anti-roll bar.
- Spares new and used include:
- Doors, bonnets, boot lid, rear axle, bumpers front and back.
- Helix racing clutch plate + pressure plate.
- Steering rack.
- Water pump, power steering pump.
- Long and short bare drive shafts. New spare GKN inner and outer CV joints. Kept as separate parts to make up whichever drive shaft fails.
- Cylinder head.
- New TR-S black seat.
- Seat belts 1 season old.
