Clubmans Sports Prototype Series
The Clubmans Register has over 50 years of history making it one of the longest standing race series within the UK.
The Clubmans Sports Prototype series as it's now called runs under the BARC organising club, and typically has 6 events per year at top UK circuits were they regularly log the fastest lap times of the meeting.
With a class structure adapted to suit the range of cars produced throughout its history, there is a place for all cars to race.
CSP1 = up to 200 bhp, up to 2 litre engine capacity, and a 8500RPM engine limit. Modern cars are combined with the Classic A class cars of pre 1980's.
CSP2 = Rover K Series 1600cc sealed engine and ECU, with spec wiring harness and silencer.
CSP3 = Classic B and C cars.
The series uses Hankook control tyres, slicks and wets. All cars are front engined with spaceframe chassis.
A variety of marques compete from Mallocks, Phantoms, GEMs, Visions, Nemesis to home builds by individual competitors.
Arrive and drive options are available, or cars can be bought in order to run the car yourself.
