For sale is a very rare metric K series Caterham Roadsport. Some say this was the best balance for a competitive Roadsport racer as it had the stiffer metric chassis only made with a K series engine for 1 year. 

This car competed in the 2007 Academy before being upgraded to what was then Roadsport B and then Roadsport A. Most recently the car specification has been changed to that of a SuperGrad spec with narrow track wishbones and slightly softer M0 dampers. The car had a new chassis in 2009 and is a no frills, cheap way to get into racing, track days or as a road car.

• Rover K series 1600 16 valve engine with 120bhp
• Ford Type 9 5 speed gearbox
• 3.92 open differential
• Lowered drivers floor
• In date 6 point harness
• Fire entinguisher
• Tillett drivers seat
• Apollo tank (the car takes 7.5 litres of oil)
• M0 height adjustable dampers
• Narrow track front wishbones
• Rear anti roll bar
• Triple core alloy radiator

This car has been raced this year by British GT racer, Jamie Chadwick in the Graduates championship and by PT Sports Cars director, Ian Payne who took a class win in the Magnificent 7's. The car has 11 months MOT and has been fully inspected by us post its last event.
