Completely Rebuilt Ralt RT-3. Chassis No 168. 

No expense spared rebuild from tub up by well known F3 specialist Nick Edginton. Many photos of the rebuid available. It has a fresh Craig Beck Toyota Novamotor with Dyno sheets available. The Hewland MK9 gearbox has been fully rebuilt with a new CWP by JP Race at Silverstone. New electric extinguisher, fuel tank etc. 

Supplied with two sets of Mike Barnby wheels, Brand new set of slicks and wets and a set of Ronal wheels.

This car was one of the first six RT-3s to be built. Originally supplied to Bertram Schafer for the German F3 Championship. Driven in period in 1979-80 by Hans-Georg Burger, Georges Bellof ( brother of Stefan) and Tommy ( Slim) Borgudd.

It ran in the Monaco GP support race in both 1979&1980 with a best result of 6th in 1980 driven by Burger. It should be a sure entry to the Monaco Historic GP should F3 cars be invited back in the future.

The car is ready for a shakedown test ready for the new season. I have retired from racing so is totally fresh and unused since its rebuild. Ready for a new owner to enjoy! Nick Edginton has really done a fantasic rebuild on this car and I'm sure would be happy to provide a new owner with race support services if required. The car is currently located in dehumidfied storage with Nick in Somerset.

The car has had a no expense rebuild as my intention was to race it myself. It is available at a fraction of the rebuild cost which I would be happy to disclose to a serious purchaser. I may consider a part exchange for a classic or modern sports car. ( cash either way).
