I am selling a Van Diemen RF77 Formula Ford 1600 rolling chassis.

Chassis number (with plate): VD77 207.

This model was the first of a series of cars designed and developed with great success by Dave Baldwin between 1977 and 1983.

The car is sold as a rolling chassis without engine and without gearbox.

A used Hewland Mk9 gearbox is available by separate negotiation  

The car was restored some years ago, but has not been used for a long time.

Supplied with its exhaust manifold (without silencer), its 4 original Dunlop 5.5" x 13" rims and 4 more modern Weller wheels.

The car is fitted with new rear hubs and bearings.

No battery.

Safety equipment must be renewed.

This car was originally sold to the Jim Russell's driving school in England and later became part of the Palmyr team in France.

Ideal car for classic Formula Ford series or track days.
