ELDEN MK8 Formula Ford 1600 1971 Car available as a rolling chassis less engine and gearbox. This car has been in the possession of its present owner for the past 28 years who embarked on a restoration project with it 5 years ago. It has been on display since completion and is now up for sale. Now completed with stoved enamelled chassis, re-plated suspension components , re-painted bodywork , Spax shocks etc and in very clean presentable condition. Although there is no chassis plate attached it has been authorised as a genuine Elden product by the marque's original owner. These cars were raced in period by drivers such as Tony Brise , Chris Smith , Ted Wentz etc and is eligible for HSCC Historic F/Ford serries as well as several other championships in UK and Europe.
