This original UK matching numbers coupe is in lovely condition and has had only four owners from new. It is one of only approximately 1070 original UK examples.
The E was extensively restored in 2005/6, including a full engine rebuild. More recently it has benefited from regular use and maintenance over the past ten years in the hands of its current enthusiastic owner. This has included an axle and gearbox rebuild and suspension ball joint conversion by CMC in 2012.
Attractively presented in bright red with black leather interior, the Jaguar has uprated brakes, competition laced wire wheels and a stainless steel exhaust. Complete with a large and detailed history file incorporating invoices, restoration photos and ownership records. Driving extremely well and representing excellent value for money.
