Nissan Silvia 200SX S14
Originally built as an endurance race car, then converted to sprint specification. Raced successfully in numerous championships, including OSCA, SS2000, GTRNZ, etc. This car has won several championships, and is very competitive in sprint races. With minor modifications, iIt could easily be used again for endurance racing, or could be a competitive drift car, or time attack car. Weight empty, no driver or fuel 1050kgs, 1200kgs race ready, full fuel. Could be made much lighter, cars still has glass front and rear screens, steel boot lid, etc. Car still has operational headlights, tail lights, etc for night races.
Body shell has an extensive 4130 chromoly rollcage. The car had a professional full strip and rebuild in 2016,by Hitech Motorsport, to almost brand new condition, and has had minimal race miles since. (Approx 500 kms total) Work carried out during the rebuild included stripping and repainting the body shell, extensive work to the engine, gearbox rebuild, new suspension and brake components, etc. The rebuild of the car, and any work carried out since then has been no expense spared. All parts marked as new, were new when the car was rebuilt. The car has the best of components, Nissan SR20DET/VE hybrid engine, Holinger 6 speed sequential. Cusco LSD. Koni dampers, etc

4130 chromoly roll cage, built by Herbert Fabrication, cage is tied to shock towers, and towers are reinforced.
Fabricated steel box for fuel cell, big enough for 120 litre tank.

Nissan S14 SR20DET block. Crack tested and chemically cleaned. New Darton mid liner sleeves. New ARP main studs. Line bored main tunnels and torque plate bored and honed bores. Modified and enlarged oil galleries and cooling mods to improve cooling around block and head.
Nissan GTIR crankshaft. New.
Argo steel conrods. New
CP pistons and HD pins. New, custom made for 10.5:1 compression, VE head and E85 fuel.
ACL race main and big end bearings
Nissan P20 SR20VE head. Crack tested, pressure tested and hardness tested, Extensive porting and modifications by Lynn Rogers Automotive/Harris performance. New oversize Supertech valves stainless intake/inconel exhaust. New bronze guides. Berylium seats. New Supertech locks, springs and retainers. Modified rockers, shafts, etc to remove variable lift rockers.
