This is the reluctant sale of my E36 BMW 318ti race car put together for the BRSCC Compact Cup. It was built by me (nerdy F1 engineer) between 2014 and 2016 to the limit of the Compact Cup regulations with great attention to detail and a particular focus on minimising weight and centre of gravity height. It incorporates plenty of tricks that whilst legal I won't be listing here for obvious reasons.
It has been an occasional top ten finisher in my clumsy hands but has proven to be easily capable of front running times when tested by others.

The car is still fitted with crash bars in the rear quarters for shell stiffness and the crash bar in the drivers door for safety. It also still has the front undertray, wheel arch liners, radiator and brake ducting for maximum aerodynamic benefit. Even with all this and a 95kg driver the car still needs 30kg of ballast and 25 litres of fuel to reach the minimum weight.
15 freshly refubished and powdercoated lightest spec BMW E39 wheels included fitted with 3 sets of regulation Nankang tyres, 1 brand new set, 1 set 1 meeting old, 1 set scrubbed for dry use.
This car is ready to race at the Silverstone and Donington 2019 Compact Cup rounds and AW Tracksport support at these meetings is included in the price. Transport and storage between meetings is also available.
Whilst built for the Compact Cup, the car is also suitable for many other series such as 750MC Club Enduro or BRSCC ClubSport Trophy. It also makes for a fun and easy to run track day car. The car is road registered and can be supplied with 12 months MoT if required
